Privacy Policy.
This policy explains how the website zevolidas.pl handles personal data. It is a short, plain-language notice for a simple, static website. We keep it accurate to what the site actually does.
1. Who is responsible
The website is operated by Zevolidas (Poland), who is the controller of your personal data for the purposes of this site. Contact: piotr@zevolidas.pl.
2. What data we process
- Technical data when you visit. Like every website, requests to this site involve your IP address, browser type, requested page and time. This is processed by our hosting and security providers (see section 3) to deliver the site and keep it secure.
- Emails you send us. If you write to piotr@zevolidas.pl, we process your email address and the content of your message in order to reply to you.
The site has no forms, no accounts, no analytics and no advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal data.
3. Who else processes data
- GitHub Pages hosts the site and may log technical data such as IP addresses.
- Cloudflare sits in front of the site as a content delivery and security service. It processes visitor requests (including IP address) and may set technical cookies used for security.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on the site. Loading them sends your IP address and browser details to Google.
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under their own terms and safeguards. The site also links to LinkedIn; if you follow that link, LinkedIn's own privacy policy applies.
4. Why we process data (legal basis)
We process technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in delivering and securing the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We process emails you send us to answer your message, on the basis of our legitimate interest in communicating with you or, where relevant, to take steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
5. How long we keep it
Emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. Technical logs are kept by our providers according to their own retention rules.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. To use these rights, email piotr@zevolidas.pl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl) or your local authority.
7. Changes
If the site changes in a way that affects your data (for example, a sign-up form or analytics), we will update this page and the date above.
